The Modular home conversation is not complete without a discussion on
materials. After all it is the materials that you see long after the
workmanship to assemble them is complete. Aside from labor costs,
materials costs are the most significant cost driver in the construction
of a modular home.
When performing an analysis on the cost or value of a modular home from
any manufacturer, the quality and type of materials are an integral part
of the discussion. In the end, the quality and type of materials makes
the difference between a home that simply looks good and a home that's
great.
