Factory Tours

Sparkling Homes of New England extends an open invitation to all of it's customer and prospective customers to join us for a tour of the Epoch Homes factory. At the factory you'll will monitor the manufacturing process, observe the quality and witness the construction of a fellow customers dream home.

Epoch Homes holds a "Factory Open House" five times a year on Saturdays. There are Factory Open Houses in March, April, May, September, and October. During the Factory Open House customers are provided guided tours through the manufacturing facility. Check our "Upcoming Events" page.

You can also schedule a private factory tour with your Sparkling Homes of New England LLC. Project Manager. These personal tours are available on an appointment only basis Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays between 9 AM and 2 PM.

IMPORTANT! The EPOCH homes factory is a working manufacturing facility. Regular shoes or sneakers are required. No flip flops or open toed shoes/sandals. Additionally as a result of the track system and floor layout we are unable to accommodate strollers or wheelchairs on the plant floor. It is extremely important that parents are in control of children at all times, as this is a working construction site!
